If you’re on the hunt or craving some good, southern food, then Sassafras American Eatery is the place for you! This would not be a quintessential restaurant that has southern food if it did not have the staple: biscuits and gravy. They give you the option to be served with breakfast sausage or vegetarian green chili gravy, so this is perfect for dietary accommodations! Another staple on the menu is their shrimp and grits: buttered Grits, Sweet Corn, Andouille Sausage, fresh Jalapeno, Red Onion, Garlic, Pimentos, Gulf Shrimp, White Wine Butter Sauce. They also have an extensive list of breakfast drinks and cocktails to choose from!
American Elm is a cozy, yet modern restaurant that has a wide variety of cuisine to choose from. Whether you like to go salty or sweet for your brunch, this place has it all! While you are there, you can not forget to get the unique stuffed french toast: strawberry mascarpone, toasted walnuts, rosé syrup. But if you are looking for something a little on the salty side, then you should try the breakfast sandwich: fried egg, Grateful Bread brioche, white american cheese, pork belly, salsa verde, smashed tots! They have curated light and tasty cocktails such as their shirley rose!

This super cute, Instagram worthy restaurant, Happy Camper, should definitely be a stop while you’re in Denver! This restaurant is known for their unique dining experience that takes place in actual campers- make sure to reserve a camper before you and your crew go! While this place has a fun atmosphere, a ton of cocktails and aesthetically pleasing appetizers, everyone comes here for the pizza. The pizzas range from regular meat, veggie and chicken! For dessert, to fit the camping theme, you can order a s’mores skillet!
Dio Mio is the place to be when it comes to contemporary Italian food. From the ever changing menu to the homemade pasta, you can not go wrong with Italian food from scratch! Try their authentic spaghetti… and you can't forget to add the meatballs. They pride themselves on affordable food and wine & spirit options! If your crew loves carbs, then this is the place for y’all!
This sushi restaurant, Izakaya Den, has won the American Architecture Award for its inside dining experience, so you are sure to enjoy the ambiance while you are there! Of course they have beautifully handcrafted rolls and sashimi, but you can not forget about their kitchen menu where you can even order a Wagyu NY Strip Steak!
Bars!
This bar, Upstairs Circus, is super unique in that not only do you get to sip on some delicious cocktails such as a coco contortionist: coconut vodka, pineapple juice, vanilla bean simple and syrup, but you get to create a diy project too! You can make things such as a coaster or a jewelry hanger. This bar is definitely a fun place to take your girls!
This disco club is sure to give you some ~saturday night fever~, Neon Baby is definitely the place to be! Whether you love disco balls and neon signs or affordable drinks and a good time, then you and your crew should put on your best dancing shoes, glow in the dark makeup, and head to LoDo!
Some bars and kind of dark and do not usually fit your Instagram feed, but this one is sure to be feed worthy! Honey Elixir Bar is known for their “funky cocktails” which include the healthy buzz: elderberry infused vodka, lemon balm honey, lemon, and sparkling cuvee! While you are there, don't forget to order a cheese plate!
Activities!
While you are in Denver a must-do is going to 16th Street Mall! This district is full of shopping experiences, such as boutiques, so you can find something unique on your trip. After you have shopped til you dropped, you have to eat at one of the many restaurants located in the street mall! This is a place that you can spend all day in and still not have been able to finish or see everything!
You and your crew may love to shop and party, but sometimes you need to stop and smell the roses. ;) You can not miss the beautiful Denver Botanic Gardens! This is a place where you can get those Instagram photos you have been wanting to get. Don't forget to pack a picnic lunch for your trip, it's super cute and you won't regret it!
