Maple & Ash isn't your traditional steakhouse. There are so many reasons why this brand has a cult following! Maple & Ash started in Chicago about 5 years ago. two-Michelin-star Chef, Danny Grant, curated a phenomenal menu. Maple & Ash has locations in Chicago and Scottsdale. They also have sister concepts, Etta, Monarch, and Kessaku! If you don’t live near any of their locations, plan a trip and GO! It will be 1000% worth it!
Maple & Ash Scottsdale also has this BAD ASS food truck! They can cater you special event and bring that Maple & Ash experience to you!

Now the menu is to DIE for. I went to Maple & Ash in January and haven’t shut up about it. I most definitely annoy the hell out of my friends. One of the biggest highlights of Maple & Ash is the EPIC seafood tower! The tower features lobster, crab, prawns, oysters, clams, and scallops! All the seafood is fire roasted and then soaks in garlic butter and chili oil!
Pro Tip: ASK FOR THE PASTA BACK!
Other menu highlights are the Ricotta Agnolotti a.k.a Pillows of love and the Hamachi Crudo!
Now for drinks, Maple & Ash has an ENDLESS wine menu. They also have a kickass sommeliers on staff to help you select the perfect wine pairing for your meal. In regards to cocktails, they have curated many different types of cocktails. Our recommendation is the Illicit Affair it has a clear flower ice cube, dragonfruit, cucumber, basil. It is so refreshing and not too sweet!
Let’s discuss BRUNCH! Our favorite meal. Maple & Ash Scottsdale is HANDS DOWN, our most requested restaurant. It’s the hottest place! They know how to do brunch right! Not only do they have bottomless mimosas, BUT they also do bottomless bloody mary’s and palomas! Sometimes a girl needs more than just mimosas. They also have a BOMB Espresso Martini! 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
