Apps to Download While Planning a Bachelorette Party
Honestly, thank goodness technology has taken off the way it has! It has made our lives, and planning, so so much easier. We are constantly looking for new things online to help better serve our clients and most of the applications below are ones we use on the daily! There are constantly new ones coming out, but these are our go-to’s that we wanted to share with you guys!
Airbnb / VRBO / HomeAway
Make sure to check all the sites because some houses are on multiple sites for different prices because the companies charge different service and extra fees. Always double check the policies. We even go the extra mile to contact the host before booking to let them know who we are and what kind of group they will be hosting
GroupMe / Whats App
As soon as you know the attendees that will be going to the bachelorette party, add them to a group me so everyone can get to know each other and there is one place that you can send all the details so no one is missing anything. Or you have WhatsApp if its going to be an international bachelorette party!
A great way to get inspiration for the decor or even the location you are going to! You can also start a secret board and add the attendees to it, or just the ones planning it, so everyone is on the same page!
Google drive - Doc, Sheets, Photos
Once you have finished the itinerary and the budget sheet, you can upload these all to Google Drive and send the attendees all the details. It keeps everything organized and you can see who has viewed the document so you make sure everyone is in the loop. Also, after the party, you can upload all the photos for safekeeping to a drive.
Lightroom Mobile
The best tool to edit your photos in our opinion. You can buy or create presets and make everyone’s photos look cohesive from the weekend! Spotify
I mean… who ever said they like Apple Music is seriously disturbed!! We love a good Spotify playlist. Make sure you have someone in charge of making one for the weekend so you aren’t having to scramble when you get there!
This one is pretty self explanatory, but take it to the next level and create a hashtag. That way you can keep an online “album” of all the images from the bachelorette weekend.
Open Table
We use this app A LOT when planning our bachelorette parties if we don’t contact the restaurant personally. A great way to see the variety of restaurants to where you are going and make reservations without the hassle of having to call or email them. But if that’s too much, ask Got Your Bach to handle that part!
Uber / Lyft
Our trusted transportation service for all bachelorette parties. Always check both to see which one is offering better prices at that time! Sometimes they’ll add random offers or discounts to your account as well.
Glam Squad
This is a new app that we are so excited to be sharing. Basically you can bring any pampering needs to your own home. So imagine 6 of you girls want blow outs for your night on the town, well GlamSquad can do it! They are an on-demand beauty service from 6AM to 9PM in and around New York City, Los Angeles, Orange County, South Florida, Washington DC, Boston, and the Bay Area. Hopefully it’ll be in your area, if it’s not, very soon!
Amazon Prime
DUHH!!! Who wouldn’t think of this one? Such a good app to have handy for those last minute decor items or gifts you forgot!
Etsy
This is our go to for custom pieces for a bachelorette weekend. They have a lot of good options for shirts, cups, gift bags, etc.
Venmo
Everyone’s dreaded part… the payment, but Venmo makes it easy for everyone to keep track of payments and who has paid, how much, etc.
Hopper
We hadn’t heard of this one until someone in our WE’VE GOT YOUR BACH Facebook community mentioned it. It’s an app that lets you get the best flight deals! It really helps if its a destination bachelorette party! Thanks Gaby for recommending.
Groupon
This app is always a good one to have handy. If when you are making the itinerary you want to do a certain activity, like wine tasting or massages, check Groupon to see if they have any good deals in the area of where you are going.
