Ideas for a Nashville Bachelorette Party
Here at GYB, we love to update our suggested blogs as we experience them as well. As business owners and bachelorette planners, we want to make sure we are staying on top of trends, business openings and closings, etc. As you may know, Nashville experienced an awful tornado in early March. We happened to visit the weekend after and lots of our “must do” places were either still without power, or completely demolished. The city will take time to rebuild itself and they are very #NashvilleStrong.

Weekend in Nashville Itinerary
We recently visited Nashville and wanted to share our itinerary with you guys! Currently still experiencing #FOMO from not being in Nashville, so we are going to recap our weekend here for you!
FRIDAY
We hopped on an 8:05 am flight from Dallas Love Field, the easiest dang airport in our opinion, and landed in Nashville (BNA) around 9:30am. We hopped in an Uber and were to our hotel by 10:30am, which was so nice because we had ALL day Friday to explore and didn’t feel like we were rushing around. We stayed at The Hutton Hotel and it was incredible. From their service to the complimentary Tesla that drove you around, everything was great. The hotel was in a great location called Midtown, so we were able to walk around to several different things.
First, we walked to brunch and passed Hattie B’s Hot Chicken, which is super famous. I’m having serious #FOMO that I didn’t get it then because. At this time, there was no line at early lunch time on a Friday. I went back to get it on Saturday and there was easily a 100 person line! So this is on the list when we go back. We went to Tavern for brunch! We sat at the bar, but there were several bachelorette parties in there. I won’t rave about the food, but they do have a 2 for 1 Drink special Friday-Sunday 10am-3pm, so I think it’s worth it just for that! After brunch, we did a quick walk through Vanderbilt’s campus to burn our biscuit calories, and if you haven’t seen their campus, it’s literally Hogwarts! It’s stunning! After, went back to our hotel to get ready for the evening because we had to be at a concert at 7pm!
We started the night off at the cutest rooftop bar at The Thompson Hotel located in The Gulch area. LA Jackson is a definite must for a drink and Insta Worthy Photos! It definitely has one of the best views of the entire city. Great place to start the evening with your girls! After our drink, we walked over to one of best meals I’ve ever eaten. From the moment we walked into Moto, I knew we were going to be blown way! From the black spaghetti to the charcuterie board to my espresso martini, everything was a 12/10! We’ll definitely be back!
We then headed to the Ryman Auditorium to see a sold-out show with Ruston Kelly and he brought his wife, Kacey Musgraves, up on stage and I had total fan girl moment! If you ever have the chance to see a show there, definitely do it. It was one of the coolest venues I’ve ever been to. We ended our night on Broadway; listening to live music and dancing the night away!
Saturday
Saturday morning we had a later start, but we started it where we ended the previous night back on Broadway. We hung out at my personal favorite bar, Honky Tonk Central. The thing I love about it is that it’s three different floors with three different bands at all hours of the day. We bee-bopped to a couple more places, including FGL House, Florida Georgia Line’s bar and the rooftop was awesome. For dinner we went to Sunda and had some awesome sushi. They put a modern twist on Asian cuisine and I highly recommend it! After dinner, we went to check out Patterson House, which is a cocktail bar in Midtown, but there was a 45 minute wait for two of us, so we decided to relocate. I’m SO glad we did because we stumbled upon my new favorite place ever.
We walked over to the Graduate Hotel and it was the cutest “grandma-chic” hotel I’ve ever seen. Look it up on Instagram; you won’t be disappointed. We had saw on google they had a bar, but it wasn’t in the lobby like most hotel bars are, but we could hear music. We walked around the corner and it looked like a hallway with bathrooms and storage; little did we know, we were about to go into Cross-Eyed Critters, a speakeasy karaoke bar. We were here the rest of the evening and it was AMAZING! I can’t wait to go back.
Sunday
We went to The Gulch and 12 South for some brunch and shopping. This is where a lot of our photo ops we included in this blog post are; just be ready to wait in some lines! We ate at Whiskey Kitchen and it was fantastic. I highly recommend the Nashville Hot Chicken and Waffles. We walked around areas peaking in some boutiques and then ended the day with most fresh margarita I’ve ever had at Bartaco.
