New Orleans Bachelorette Recap
Fleur De St. Pierre
We got the chance to head down to New Orleans for Abbie’s bachelorette party (Part 1)! I mean… how lucky is a girl to have TWO bachelorette parties? We got to explore the city, as well have a special appearance on The Today Show! Check out the Got Your Bash team make their TV debut!
We wanted to recap some of the awesome things we did while in New Orleans, in case you’re looking for some recommendations for the city.
Of course we started out with a decor set up! Shop our items above to make this bachelorette decor come to life! Our team, as well as The Graceful Host, decorated the house so beautifully. We were so obsessed how everything came together! We went with an “On Cloud Nine” theme and brought in the Fleur de St. Pierre to make it NOLA vibes.
When we arrived in New Orleans, we had dinner dropped off from Nolavore Commissary. It was absolutely amazing and having dinner in the first night was perfect. It allowed us to decorate, get settled, then head out for drinks after. After we had dinner at the house, we went to get drinks at Hotel Saint Vincent and it was absolutely gorgeous. Also perfect for the photo-ops!
The next morning, we got up bright and early and had makeup and hair done by Vanessa and April. They made us feel like absolute rockstars. It was so fun! Bash House made our custom shirts (per usual)! Exciting news, we will start selling merch VERY soon! Keep an eye out on our etsy shop for when they launch. Then we made our way to Monty’s on the Square, which is in Jackson Square. This is where we met the producers for The Today Show and the Got Your Bash team was ready to go.
After a full morning of fun, we went back to the house and had charcuterie delivered from Nola Charcuterie. We enjoyed that then went out to Bourbon Street from some daiquiris! After that, we went on a party barge to sing lots of karaoke with on Nola Pedal Barge. That night we went to Vessel for dinner, but honestly, we wouldn’t recommend it.
Interested in the shirts that we’re wearing?! You can now buy them here!
The next day, we had a packed day before we left back to Dallas. We started with a candle making glass at Bella Gifts to Geaux. It was so much fun and a great activity to do with your girls. After that, we went to a cocktail making class at The Sazerac House. This is an awesome activity to do that is free, and also offers FREE cocktails. It’s also very air conditioned, so perfect for those hot summer months.
New Orleans was such an amazing time and we can’t wait to be back! As always, let us know if you have any other recommendations for a New Orleans bachelorette.
